By using the FS2Crew website and E-Commerce store, you agree with the following terms and conditions:
IMPORTANT: These terms and conditions apply to products purchased through the FS2Crew website only. 3rd party vendors will have their own rules.
General Conditions
1. The information provided to FS2Crew is truthful and accurate.
2. You will not pirate or illegally distribute FS2Crew products, or share your account and login information with third parties. All IPs and account activity are logged to combat abuse.
3. If you experience technical difficulties with this site or any FS2Crew software you will promptly inform FS2Crew via email or via the FS2Crew Support Forum.
4. You agree to make a personal backup of any purchased software.
Downloadable Products
You agree to make a personal backup of the purchased software and any registration code. However, unless you purchased Extended Download Protection (EDP) the links to your purchased products will remain active for 7 days after the time of purchase to a maximum of 10 download attempts after which time the links will become inactive.

How to Reactivate an Expired Download Link
After 7 days, if you purchased a product by download and have lost your backup copy, you may obtain a new copy from FS2Crew by following these instructions:
1. Go to the FS2Crew Website and sign in to your eCommerce account.
2. Review your previous orders and determine if you have purchased "Extended Download Protection" for the product you wish to redownload.
3. If you do not have Extended Download Protection, you must purchase EDP for the product you wish to redownload.
4. If you already have Extended Download Protection for that product your download link should remain available for 365 days to a maximum of 20 downloads. If experience a problem, please email us at admin@fs2crew.com and include:
i. Your Name.
ii. The name of the product you wish to re-download.
iii. The ORDERID for that software purchase.
Upon receiving your email, we will review your order to ensure that you have purchased Extended Download Protection for that product, then forward to you a renewed download link.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive a new download link. If you have not received a reply in that time, please check your Spam folder and try contacting FS2Crew using a different email account.
Refunds Policy
FS2Crew products are extensively tested and FS2Crew aims to provide a quality product. While refund requests are a very rare occurrence, refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted up to 30 days from the time of purchase. However, in order to combat potential abuse and piracy, in order to obtain a refund, the customer must contact FS2Crew and allow FS2Crew Support a seven day window in which to assist you in resolving any difficulties you may be experiencing with the software. In the vast majority of cases, most perceived product defects are usually the result of user error or failing to read the manual.
